He was born in 1965 in Kırıkkale Sulakyurt district. After graduating from Ankara Land Registry and Cadastre Vocational High School, he worked as a Land Registry Cadastre Technician in Şanlıurfa. He worked as an expert in the courts as a Real Estate Law Expert. He worked as a manager in Ankara Prime Ministry State Ministry Special Office for 5 years. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 1993. He served as public prosecutor in Denizli, Karabük, Siirt, Ankara and Istanbul respectively. In the places where he served, he worked for a long time as a trial prosecutor of the Heavy Penal Courts, as the Public Prosecutor of Smuggling, Terrorism, Organized Crime and Drug crimes. He took part in International seminars on the practices of the European Court of Human Rights and the situation of the States Parties to the Convention. He retired from his position as Public Prosecutor in 2019. He is an expert in Criminal Law, Real Estate Law and European Convention on Human Rights Law. After starting his legal career, he specialized in these areas by taking Concordat Commissioner Training, General Mediation Training, Labor Law Mediation Specialist Training, Commercial Law Specialist Training, Consumer Law Specialist Training, Insurance Law Specialist Training. He is currently actively engaged in Expert Mediation in these areas. He is married and has 4 children. He speaks English fluently.
